This role oversees multiple store operations across Singapore, ensuring smooth daily operations, high service standards, and effective team performance.

Job Info
  • Salary: Up to $5,500 Basic + Variable Bonus
  • Work Style: Own time, own target (results-driven)

Job Scope:

  • Ensure store schedules align with management needs and coordinate manpower deployment, hiring, and interviews.
  • Supervise store managers to enforce SOPs, manage operations, and ensure compliance with food hygiene and SFA standards.
  • Oversee training, equipment maintenance, and stock management, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Update menus across stores and delivery platforms, and manage equipment replacement as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and Accounts teams to support product launches, promotions, and accurate sales tracking.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of relevant F&B experience, including 2 years in a management role
  • Strong leadership with excellent people management, communication, and listening skills
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple outlets is a plus
  • Proactive problem solver – able to propose solutions (not just highlight problems)
  • Comfortable working closely with the Director to drive business performance and growth
