**Cafe Crew (S$1600 - S$1800) Commonwealth**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to ensure tables are clean and tidy
- Ensure Floor is sweep and mop clean, windows are clean
- Responsible for all food prepping as assigned by Café Manager or Café Supervisor
- Food preparations include weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients, cooking meals, checking ingredients for freshness and arranging and garnishing the dishes.
- Also in charge of ensuring the kitchen and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
- Responsible for making sure dishware and utensils are washed clean
- Clear the garbage and hazardous clutter.
- Taking delivery of supplies and store them accordingly.
- Responsible for providing friendly customer service while using the cash register, taking orders, and delivering the food.
- Prepare orders in a timely fashion.
- Ensure the front counter tops and floor are clean at all times.
- Performing daily and weekly general cleaning of the premise as assigned by Café Manager or Café Supervisor.
- Perform weekly and monthly maintenance of all Equipment as assigned by Café Manager or Café Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Anyone with a heart to serve and enjoy working in a Food and Beverage environment.
- Anyone with Food and Beverage experience has an added advantage.
- Have attended Basic Food Hygiene Course ( is preferred, but not necessary )
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently
- 5 days week.
- Required to work on rotating shifts including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays / 44 hours per week
