Job Description

  • Lead a team of Product Managers, QA Engineers and UI/UX Designers in managing Product Development and Commercialization
  • Define the product roadmap and working closely with stakeholders to establish the product strategy and objectives, and set the key outcomes and results that will measure success
  • Creates and drives product Go-To-Market strategies, supporting business plan, market and competitor analysis based on market opportunities, customer needs and competitive offerings
  • Product lifecycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines
  • Track the competitive landscape and continually seek opportunities for the organization to optimize our operations and deploy new products/services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Conduct user and market research, prioritize and design new products and features
  • Work with cross-functional team to endure timely resolution of production issues and understand business requirements and practices, and provide constructive and insightful inputs for the development of products and features
  • Perform status reporting of initiatives and releases

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in digital product management with at least 3 years of leadership / people management experience
  • Great people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness
  • Good knowledge and understanding of business and technology
  • User-centred product design, knowledge of practices and disciplines
  • Excellent presentation skills and able to communicate technical information (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in start-up companies will be advantageous
  • Strong solution orientation and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven with strong logical and analytical skills
