About the role
We are seeking an experienced Admin and Shipping Executive to join the team at Muhr Asia. This full-time position is based in the Kaki Bukit East Region and will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operations of our company.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the overall administrative functions, including file maintenance, document processing, and general office organisation
- Handle all outgoing and incoming shipments, including packaging, labelling, and liaising with delivery providers
- Responsible for Order Processing
- Manage the accounts receivables and payable listing
- Assist in managing marketing materials
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or shipping-related role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
