Salary: $15 – $18 per hour

Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive (Learning & Development) to provide administrative and coordination support to the L&D team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programmes and maintaining accurate records of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify training invoices and claims, ensuring compliance with L&D policies and proper filing for audit purposes. Track payments and follow up with stakeholders when necessary.
  • Manage course nominations and registrations, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external training providers. Send notifications, track responses, maintain participant lists, and ensure pre-course requirements are met.
  • Monitor and document training activities including attendance, completion rates, and certifications. Maintain databases and generate training reports as required.
  • Support training logistics such as venue setup, material preparation, and ensuring equipment/resources are ready for sessions.
  • Collect and consolidate training feedback, maintain training calendars, and assist with learning needs analysis when needed.
