Manager (Marketing) – Digital Experience Division

Salary: Up to $6,000/month (approx. $18/hour)

Working Days/Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Bugis

Contract Duration: 1 year

About the Role:

Join as a Marketing Manager under the Digital Experience (DE) division, where you'll drive loyalty and MarTech strategies to enhance engagement and promote the company's initiatives across branches and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute loyalty and retention marketing strategies.
  • Design and implement MarTech-enabled customer journeys to boost user engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan, produce, and execute marketing campaigns promoting branch initiatives.
  • Create marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage and apply digital tagging across products and marketing assets to improve content discoverability.
  • Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Support marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and collateral distribution.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance to optimise campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or New Media preferred.
  • 1–3 years' experience in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of customer journey design and loyalty marketing tactics is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in writing, design, and presentation.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
