IT Digital Services Manager | 12 Months Contract | Up to 6k

Job Responsibilities
- Oversee digital services and transformation projects.
- Facilitate project meetings and presentations.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Manage and maintain the company intranet on SharePoint Online.
- Track and monitor digital touchpoints, website, and analytics data.
- Identify and implement suitable digital tools and technologies.
- Assist in research for new digital ideas, prototyping, and service design with stakeholders.
- Assist the Product Owner and stakeholders in identifying desired product performance and improving outcomes through data insights or design thinking.
- Assist in developing and implementing digitalization initiatives, including data-related projects.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends and develop/adopt innovative digital solutions.
- Assist stakeholders in conducting customer research and analysis of launched products to identify new opportunities and propose re-engineering and modernisation of existing products.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and security requirements.
- Run efficient meetings to keep stakeholders and team members updated.
Requirements:
1. Project/Product Management:
- Experience with project management Agile
- Competencies in User/Product Research methodologies (e.g., Agile).
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital product management, business analysis, ICT, data analytics, or service design.
2. Technical Knowledge:
- Understanding of digital service delivery and transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and web analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of RPA principles and experience with RPA software (e.g., UiPath).
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
3. Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and engagement.
4. Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Passion for learning and applying knowledge at work.
- Empathy and active listening skills.
5, Qualification of Staff:
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, or equivalent.
