We are seeking a detail-oriented Work Visa Operations Specialist to manage APAC immigration cases end-to-end, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and a high-quality experience for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high volumes of APAC immigration cases and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with external immigration vendors to track progress and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and system updates.
- Support process improvement, automation initiatives, and reporting.
- Stay updated on APAC immigration regulations and communicate changes.
- Adapt to changes in tools, workflows, and policies in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 1 year in immigration programs or HR operations.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, large dataset management).
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and process improvement initiatives.
- Vendor management experience preferred.
