Role Overview
We're looking for a Client Operations Executive to support our consultants in managing client cases and maintaining operational efficiency. The role focuses on documentation accuracy, process consistency, and clear communication across clients and the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support consultants in preparing and reviewing client documents for accuracy and completeness
- Keep case files and system records up to date according to internal standards
- Coordinate timelines and communication between clients and team members
- Ensure operational consistency and adherence to internal processes
- Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items
- Flag missing or inconsistent information and help resolve it promptly
- Contribute to improving workflows, templates, and documentation practices
- Prepare case summaries and updates when needed
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good organisation and ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Prior experience in migration, legal, or administrative work preferred
- Professional and able to handle sensitive client information responsibly
