Job Description:
We are currently seeking an Business Support Executive specialized in Sales Order Processing to efficiently handle project-based orders and ensure smooth coordination between customers, internal teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to managing sales orders and related administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, review, and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness for project-based sales orders.
Initiate and manage the purchase requisition process upon receiving customer orders, collaborating closely with the procurement team to fulfil necessary supplies and materials.
Accurately input and maintain sales order information into the company's database or relevant systems.
Create and manage spreadsheets or databases to track and organize all incoming orders, ensuring up-to-date and accessible records.
Communicate proactively with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and any special requirements, ensuring a smooth and timely delivery process.
Generate and submit accurate invoices to customers based on completed orders, ensuring compliance with billing and payment terms.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proficiency in data entry and working with spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple orders simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and documentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
