We are looking for a hands-on IT Operations Engineer to support and strengthen our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical ownership across infrastructure, backup, networking, and security operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of servers, virtualization, and network systems.
  • Manage backup & recovery processes and ensure data protection.
  • Administer and monitor firewalls, VPNs, and security systems.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide second-level support.
  • Support IT operations across offices and coordinate with vendors.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 4–6 years in IT operations / infrastructure support.
  • Hands-on experience with backup solutions (daily operations & recovery).
  • Practical knowledge of firewall & security administration (rule setup, VPNs, incident handling).
  • Solid understanding of network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLAN).
  • Diploma or above in IT/Computer Science.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability and a proactive approach.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams in Singapore and China.
