RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Overseeing and ensuring efficient day-to-day running of the Nursing Home which covers ground operations, facility management, logistics, building maintenance vendor management, front office, fleet management, housekeeping services, laundry services, kitchen services, and parking management.

·       Maintaining of service contracts and validity

·       Developing, maintaining and updating SOPs and operating manuals

·       Ensuring service standards are met and adhere to as part of the requirements and regulations of governing bodies

·       Recommending and implementing improvements to operational and maintenance processes

·       Overseeing the full project cycle for new projects (e.g. renovation, cyclical maintenance, funded projects, etc.) and ensuring all aspects of the projects are in compliance to all regulatory licensing and permit requirements and in a timely and cost-effective manner

·       Preparing regular reports on projects status update to management

·       Corresponding with internal and external customers' enquiries and feedback

·       Preparing Tender document and participant in Tender Evaluation Committee

·       Any other duties as directed by the Head of Nursing Home / Deputy Head of Nursing Home

JOB REQUIREMENTS

·       Degree in facilities management or a related qualification such as engineering, management or business studies with relevant professional qualifications

·       Ten years relevant healthcare operations experience, with minimum 5 years in management capacity

·       Must have knowledge and understanding of project management and cost control

·       Hands-on operations mindset is required

·       Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
