Reports to: Sales Operations Director

About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our client's Sales Operations team on a 6-month contract. This role will play a critical part in supporting the merger of CRM systems into a single master Salesforce platform, ensuring data accuracy, operational efficiency, and seamless sales team support across SEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM & Data Management: Validate, clean, and audit Salesforce records to ensure accurate and reliable sales data.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights on sales performance, contracts, and operational metrics.
  • Contract & Documentation Support: Administer DocuSign workflows, manage contract records, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Sales Operations Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational assistance to Sales Ops teams in Singapore and China, ensuring smooth coordination for the SEA market.
  • User Testing & Process Improvement: Support requirements gathering, assist in system testing, and help identify opportunities to standardize workflows.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to the ongoing CRM merger project, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Data Analysis, or Business Operations.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and other CRM tools.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with regional stakeholders.
  • Good to have: Project management experience or background in finance-related Salesforce reporting.
