Program Manager - 6 Months Contract (Tech Company)

This role is responsible for managing our client's ongoing contractual deliverables. You will ensure operational compliance, timely submissions, and cross-functional coordination across global and local stakeholders.

Success in this role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, problem-solving ability and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities with evolving timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Governance & Reporting
  • Manage and track all contractual obligations under the GovTech framework agreement.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate submissions including documentation, reports, compliance assessments, and contract updates.
  • Deliver accurate monthly service reports and quarterly progress updates to customer representatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales, Solution Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance and other internal teams to drive alignment and delivery of obligations.
  • Consolidate inputs across multiple stakeholders and ensure timely framework submissions.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Develop documentation and maintain operational records related to framework deliverables.
  • Co-design scalable operational processes to support sales motions and contract governance.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to team playbooks and best practices.
  • Enablement & Compliance
  • Enable Sales and supporting teams on public sector purchasing policies and Salesforce processes.
  • Ensure ongoing contract compliance in line with public sector procurement requirements.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams on framework procedures.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build trusted working relationships with internal stakeholders and government partners.

  • Serve as a coordination point between business teams and public sector clients.

  • Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in project management, program coordination, contracts administration or PMO roles.
  • Strong familiarity with public sector frameworks, procurement processes, or compliance (preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management—confident working with cross-functional teams globally.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills.
  • Highly organized, detail focused, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Customer-first mindset, proactive and collaborative way of working.
