Contract & Commercial Manager (Data Centre owner, regional projects, 8K)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full spectrum of contract administration and commercial activities (pre and post contract works).
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, tenders, and consultancy agreements.
  • Lead tender exercises - from pre-qualification, fee proposals, and evaluation to award recommendation.
  • Liaise with consultants and QS teams on tender strategy, project costing, and contract documentation.
  • Oversee vendor management, payment certification, and final account review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual obligations.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Contract Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction, QS consultancy, or property development.
  • Good knowledge of pre- and post-contract management, cost control, and contractual claims.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
