Brief Summary:

We are seeking an experienced professional for the Senior Marcom Executive / Deputy Manager role, responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage target audiences effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels.
  • Create, edit, and produce engaging content for multiple platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, and print materials.
  • Ensure cohesive brand representation across all marketing initiatives.
  • Administer social media accounts, focusing on content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyse campaign performance data to refine strategies and optimize results continually.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop content for existing clients, coordinating with sales and related teams for content gathering and publishing.
  • Plan, design, and execute events such as product launches and exhibitions.
  • Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure all initiatives are cost-effective.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and inform campaign strategies.
  • Travel as required, including destinations in India and other developing countries.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace challenges in new assignments.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marcom role, preferably in consumer-business or IT sectors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with creativity and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, content management systems (CMS), and social media platforms.
