A Day in the Life:

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to raise awareness of KR+D's design philosophy, projects, and achievements.
  • Create compelling content for various platforms, including website, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
  • Manage digital channels, including content planning and publishing for the website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers and internal teams to extract narratives, insights, and content that highlight the value and impact of our design work.
  • Coordinate media relations, including writing and distributing press releases, pitching stories, and handling media enquiries.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by maintaining guidelines and quality control over visual and written communications.
  • Support the planning and design showcases – from concept to promotion and post-event coverage.
  • Track and analyse marketing performance through data, reports, and insights, to continuously improve outreach strategies.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in content creation, branding, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in design or creative industries is a plus.
