The Marketing Executive is the dedicated marketing lead for Learning Horizon's enrichment programmes. In this role, you will take ownership of marketing initiatives while working closely with the Enrolment and Operations teams to ensure alignment with centre needs and parent engagement. You will build Learning Horizon's brand through impactful campaigns, strengthen visibility across Busy Bees centres and external preschools, and engage parents through compelling digital and offline communications. By delivering consistent messaging, creative storytelling, and effective content, you will position Learning Horizon's enrichment programmes as the trusted and preferred choice for families seeking quality enrichment experiences for their children.

Job Responsibilities:

As the sole Marketing Executive for enrichment, you will:

  • Build Learning Horizon's brand presence through targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop engaging marketing materials (flyers, brochures, EDMs, videos, social media content).
  • Manage digital marketing efforts (social media, website updates, email marketing).
  • Conceptualise parent engagement initiatives such as testimonials, workshops, and success stories.
  • Work closely with Enrolment and Operations teams to align campaigns with centre needs and enrolment goals.
  • Coordinate with centre leaders, trainers, and vendors to gather content and showcase programme highlights.
  • Conduct competitor scans and track enrichment/early childhood market trends.
  • Analyse campaign performance, provide insights, and prepare marketing reports.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets and raising POs as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in education, enrichment, or early childhood sectors
  • Strong communication and writing skills, with a flair for content creation.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms (social media, Canva/Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, website CMS).
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing (SEO/SEM/Meta Ads/Google Ads) is a plus.
  • Creative, organised, and able to handle multiple projects.
  • Passion for children's education and enrichment programmes.
