About the role
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and bookkeeping support to small and medium-sized businesses. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our growing client base.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory reporting requirements
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and addressing any accounting-related concerns
- Staying up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and best practices
What we're looking for
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role, preferably within a professional services environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and software eg Autocount
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with clients and team members
- A relevant accounting qualification, such as a Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
