Terra Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our casual dining restaurant and bar, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maximizing revenue. As a supervisor, you will also be responsible for supervising and training staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and mise en place for various dishes.
- Execute cooking tasks according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment.
- Monitor food quality throughout the cooking process.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff members.
- Participate in training sessions and seek opportunities for professional development.
Job Requirements:
- Culinary education or relevant apprenticeship preferred.
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous.
- Genuine passion for food and the culinary arts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Physical stamina to withstand the demands of kitchen work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Start date: January 2026
