Assistant Manager/Senior Executive, Clinical

Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage and build strong partnerships with overseas universities, health institutions, and community organizations to advance oral health in the region.
- Facilitate the planning and implementation of visits and key programmes/ initiatives.
- Monitor established collaborations and work closely with clinician leads to follow through the projects
- Timely update on the progress of collaborations.
- Any other ad-hoc projects as instructed by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognised university with prior experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage
- High degree of attention to detail.
- Strong organisational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Equipped with basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as a team and develop interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Passion, integrity, positive attitude and self-directed
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and cultural sensitivity
