Job Scopes:
- Assist in daily office and operations tasks to keep things running smoothly
 - Handle customer complaints, feedbacks and enquiries accordingly
 - Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email or other communication channels in a prompt and professional manner
 - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
 
Job Requirements:
- GCE "O" Levels or Diploma qualification
 - 1-2 years of related experience
 - Microsoft Office, SAP or ERP will be a plus
 - Problem-solving skills
 - Good communication and interpersonal ability
