Job description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Business Development:
    Establish new business opportunities, via reaching out to potential clients. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends (e.g. competitor activities, client pain points), and to adjust pitches/approach strategy to clients accordingly.
  • Solutions Development:
    Communicate with clients to identify their business challenges and expectations. Work with industry partners to provide customised solutions for clients. Prepare proposals and presentations for clients, ensuring clarity on service offerings and pricing.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Establish and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients. Act as the main point of contact for addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Conduct regular meetings with clients to keep up-to-date on their evolving business strategies, and to adjust existing solutions when the need arises.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Conduct regular monitoring and prepare reports on project statuses (e.g. the performance of implemented solutions, expected outcomes). Review ongoing results and devise new strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with team members, and provide support to their business activities (such as product knowledge, industry experiences and insights, solutions management).

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills for pitching tailored solutions to clients.
  • Experience in conducting regular client meetings and providing updates on service offerings.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and support team members by sharing insights and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
