About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing

Process taxi bookings, handle taxi related enquiries.

Perform Service Recovery for Taxi and Bus Operations

Attend to level 1 customer service feedback, complaint and lost & found matters from the respective stakeholders

Liaise with authorities, building owners and hotels on mass taxi bookings and bus operations

Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by the superior (s)
What we're looking for

Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred

A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers

Ability to work - 12 hours shift with rotating Day and Night patterns including weekends and public holidays
