Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR business partner, advising stakeholders on recruitment strategies, labour regulations, and market insights aligned with business goals.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and geographies—from requisition to offer acceptance.
  • Leverage HR analytics to refine search methodologies, headhunt top talent, and build robust pipelines while ensuring compliance with local hiring norms.
  • Champion employer branding and lead recruitment process improvements to enhance candidate experience and reflect company values.
  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure policy compliance and contribute to policy development as needed.

Ideal Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years of in-house talent acquisition experience within fast-paced, lean-team multinational environments, demonstrating agility and strategic execution across diverse hiring landscapes
  • Prior exposure to both in-house and agency recruitment is highly advantageous, offering a well-rounded perspective on sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement
  • Skilled in ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK, and SuccessFactors
  • Proven ability to manage regional hiring strategies and partner effectively with senior business leaders across functions and geographies
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and capable of leading multiple projects independently in dynamic environments
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to engage confidently with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders across the region
