  • Work collaboratively with Sales Personnel and Account Managers, ensuring timely updates on quotations, opportunities, and project status.
  • Coordinate and monitor customer deliveries and inventory to ensure smooth fulfilment.
  • Prepare quotations for new products and arrange for the dispatch of product samples.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure optimal delivery timelines.
  • Support the preparation and submission of tender documents.
  • Arrange and schedule customer meetings for the external sales team.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the sales function.
