Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned fundraising events and projects from conceptualization to execution.
  • Reach out to potential sponsors and partners for collaborations.
  • Engage relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Track and maintain event income and expenditure records.
  • Develop partnerships and prepare compelling pitch decks for potential donors or sponsors.
  • Engage existing donors to strengthen and enhance relationships.
  • Enhance online giving frameworks to maximize outreach and impact, including SEO and digital marketing efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with fundraising regulations and the Code of Governance.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, or Business Management preferred.
  • Relevant experience in event planning or partnership development is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive, committed attitude with a strong desire to serve the community.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
