To actively seek new sales opportunities through various channels, providing aftersales and administrative support for the Private Hire sales business. Basic salary + Comms

Key Accountabilities:

1) Leads generation and prospect conversions.

2) Maintaining customer's expectation and satisfaction.

3) Participation in campaigns and promotional planning.

4) Ensure healthy rental payment and ageing.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

1) Responsible for conversion of leads from assigned channels.

2) Provide sales report on leads generation and conversion

3) Attend to customer's rental needs while maintain service quality.

4) Ensure customer engagement within company's policy and guidelines.

5) Monitoring of weekly rental payment status to minimize the possibility of bad debts.

6) Participation and follow through on social media campaigns and promotions.

7) Ad-hoc admin matters

Requirements:

  1. Min GCE O Lvls
  2. 2 year of experience in car rental (preferred) or B2C sales environment
  3. Basic knowledge of cars(preferred)
  4. Basic Microsoft words/excel
  5. Email etiquette
  6. Class3 /3A license (preferred)
