Our client is looking for a motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to support the HR team in attracting and hiring top talent. If you enjoy connecting with people, coordinating recruitment processes, and helping teams grow, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities: Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals, social media, and other channels Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Maintain recruitment records and update candidate databases Conduct initial candidate communications via email or phone Support recruitment events or job fairs, if needed Requirements: Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and able to manage multiple tasks Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus Able to work independently and as part of a team Fresh graduates are welcome Why You’ll Enjoy Working With Us: Flexible part-time schedule Friendly and supportive work environment Opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience Min 15 Hours per week Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
