About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join our financial services team in the Central Region. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent to join our rapidly growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the recruitment and HR industry while maintaining a flexible work schedule. Part time and full time positions available.

What you'll be doing

  1. Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for open positions
  2. Conducting initial phone and in-person interviews
  3. Assisting with the coordination of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and following up with candidates
  4. Maintaining detailed records of the recruitment activities and applicant tracking
  5. Providing support to the HR team in various administrative tasks as needed
  6. Contributing to the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies

What we're looking for

  1. Prior experience in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in a part-time or entry-level capacity
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and colleagues
  3. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities to juggle various recruitment activities
  4. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  5. A positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
  6. Availability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
