Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Prepare and process quotations and orders promptly
  • Ensure accurate entry of Sales and Purchase Orders in the system
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries
  • Manage export documentation as needed
  • Issue invoices for completed orders
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team to help achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • NITEC or Diploma in Business or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, and export shipping
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • A Team player
  • Immediate or short notice candidates preferred
