About the Roles

Join a trusted manufacturer specializing in vacuum systems as a Sales Support Executive / Sales Coordinator based in Woodlands. This permanent role offers a Monday to Friday schedule (8:15am–5:45pm) with an attractive compensation package including basic salary, phone allowance, variable bonus, and medical benefits. You'll support the sales team by managing quotations, tenders, and client communications while contributing to business growth and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Communicate professionally with customers, handle inquiries, and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in accordance with client needs and project requirements.
  • Coordinate and compile technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
  • Review and compare vendor quotations, liaise with suppliers, and negotiate for the best terms.
  • Develop cost analyses, risk assessments, and documentation required for approvals.
  • Ensure timely submission of all tender and proposal materials according to deadlines.
  • Provide clear and detailed responses to client inquiries and requests for clarification.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, services, and developments within the industry.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales-related campaigns and initiatives.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned to support overall sales operations.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive, motivated, and capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
