About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Support Executive / Sales Coordinator to join a manufacturing company specializing in vacuum systems, based in Woodlands. This is a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM), offering a competitive salary package that includes a basic salary, phone allowance, variable bonus, and medical benefits. What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and follow up on new business opportunities.
  • Prepare quotations and develop formal proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Support the preparation of both technical and commercial documents for tenders.
  • Assess vendor and subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and liaise with suppliers.
  • Compile tender documentation such as cost summaries, analysis, risk assessments, and approvals.
  • Ensure proposals and tender submissions are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Draft detailed responses to inquiries and address requests for clarifications.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and relevant industry trends.
  • Build and maintain a database of current and prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team on sales and promotional initiatives.
  • Handle additional tasks and assignments as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Motivated, proactive, and capable of building strong relationships with clients.
