About the Roles

We are hiring a Sales Support Executive/Sales Coordinator to join our team in Woodlands. This permanent role offers a competitive salary package, including basic salary, phone allowance, variable bonus, and medical benefits. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:45 PM. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to contribute to the sales process while working in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle customer inquiries, follow up on potential leads, and communicate effectively with clients.
  • Prepare and formalize sales proposals, including quotations based on client specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of both technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
  • Evaluate vendor and subcontractor quotations, negotiate pricing, and collaborate with suppliers.
  • Prepare tender documents, including cost summaries, risk assessments, and necessary approval paperwork.
  • Ensure timely submission of completed tender proposals according to customer deadlines.
  • Respond to inquiry documentation and address clarification requests from clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to support sales efforts.
  • Create and manage a database of existing and prospective customers.
  • Work with the digital marketing team on sales and marketing activities.
  • Take on other ad-hoc duties as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and capable of fostering strong client relationships.
