Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell after-sales systems, products, and services.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with current clients and explore new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and relevant reports.
  • Follow up on customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Support after-sales operations through marketing activities, client visits, and service coordination.
  • Conduct on-site visits, client meetings, and project walk-throughs to understand technical and commercial needs.
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product briefings.
  • Monitor tenders, quotations, and technical clarifications closely.
  • Track project progress from initial enquiry to final closure, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment sales, preferably in an after-sales, service, or technical environment.
  • Proven ability in managing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Possesses a valid driving license due to the nature of the role.
