To deliver warm, attentive, and efficient service that enhances the guest's dining experience. The role supports daily restaurant operations through proper table setup, cleanliness, and friendly, personalised service in line with the hotel's standards of colourful hospitality.
Areas of Focus:
Maintain a pleasant and professional dining atmosphere. Ensure all guests are well-attended to, from seating to departure, with consistent attention to detail and teamwork.
Responsibilities / Duties:
- Upkeep a conducive dining experience for guests through proper table setup and consistent cleanliness in the restaurant.
- Ensure guests are kept hydrated and refreshed with prompt water service and timely replacement of used cutleries or tableware.
- Extend genuine friendliness and personalised touches to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to deliver memorable dining moments, especially during special occasions.
- Assist in clearing, resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness during and after service.
- Uphold hygiene, grooming, and safety standards as per hotel policies.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary education or equivalent.
- Prior F&B service experience in a hotel or restaurant environment preferred.
- Friendly, service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in English.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eye for detail.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
- Able to work on Split Shift.
