Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience.
  • Take and process food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt and professional service.
  • Manage phone reservations and guest inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Possess knowledge of all menu items—including signature dishes and specialty beverages—to make recommendations when requested.
  • Monitor quality, portion, and presentation of food and beverages served to guests.
  • Gather guest feedback to help the team enhance service and dining standards.
  • Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the dining area at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or management team.

Job Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; candidates with F&B background or knowledge of Chinese cuisine, spirits, or liquors will have an advantage.
  • Possessing a Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
  • Able to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented with a positive attitude and a warm smile.

  • The role requires daily interaction with Chinese-speaking and non-English-speaking guests in a Chinese restaurant environment, ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is essential skill.

  • Required to participate in overseas training when assigned.
