Assistant Manager, Motor Claims

- Alternated Saturday half day
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting customers promptly, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the right assistance.
- Guide customers through accident reporting and claims processes, advising them on necessary documents, claim types, and mobility options.
- Support operational tasks such as follow-ups, vehicle collection, and escalating issues to the appropriate Manager or Workshop team.
- Contribute to service performance by meeting NPS targets, proposing improvements, and taking initiative during promotions or campaigns.
Requirements:
- Automotive industry experience is required, with added advantage for those familiar with Body & Paint operations.
