Change and Transformation Analyst Intern

Internship Period: 12 January 2026 – 31 July 2026

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new Change and Transformation Management Team sitting within Transaction Banking's Client Implementation Team. The incumbent will work closely under the guidance of the Change Manager to outreach to multiple stakeholders across 12 countries in the Asia Pacific region.

The incumbent will be required to:

•    Perform deep dive and document existing processes and procedures

•    Formulate, rationalize and propose a new Regional Standardized Operating Model to improve internal efficiencies and improved client onboarding experience.

•    Support the design and implementation of a new digital workflow tool to allow visibility and tracking of client implementation cases across the region

•    Prepare, support and equip people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, and more.

Job Requirements:


•    Strong interest in Digital Transformation, Change Management and Transaction Banking.

•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.

•    Good analytical skills, ability to learn existing processes quickly and identify opportunities for improvement.

•    Be organized and detail oriented.

•    Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).

•    Strong written and spoken English proficiency is needed.

•    Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently.

This internship role is based in Singapore. It is open to Singaporean and PR students only.
