**Change Manager (Transformation)
**Job Description**:
The **Change Manager (Transformation) **will play a key role in ensuring IT Transformation Projects (Change Management) meet Digital Technologies objectives.

This person will focus on Change Management, including Transformation on Digital Technology Processes, Digitalisation Systems and Technology and Organization structures.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Strong in Change Management (Transformation) on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Digitalisation and Enterprise Technologies.**:

- **Good in handling Change Management and Transformation planning.**:

- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- **Integrate Change Management (Transformation) activities into Project Plan.**:

- Evaluate and ensure user readiness and track and report issues. Define and measure success metrics and monitor Change Management (Transformation) progress.

**Requirements**:

- **Strong in Change Management (Transformation) Methodology.**:

- **Experience in handling AI, Digitalisation Change (Transformation).**:

- Lead the IT and project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Good in handling Structured Methodology and Lead Change Management (Transformation) activities.
- Responsible for Transformation and Digital Change Management Design, Development and Delivery.
- **Strong knowledge of IT Enterprise, Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (AI).**:

- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
- Change management certification
- Good in providing document requirements and supporting the design and delivery of training programs.
- Strong in IT Enterprise, Digitalisation, AI and Project Management.
- Possess Government (Defence) or Public Sector domain (preferred). focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.
