Retail Leasing Asst Manager

Responsibilities:
- Drive retail leasing strategies, including tenant sourcing, negotiations, and renewals.
- Analyse market trends and conduct feasibility studies to support business growth.
- Develop budgets, business plans, and financial forecasts for leasing operations.
- Oversee tenancy schedules, reports, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships to optimize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams and guide junior staff to achieve leasing objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Real Estate, Business or relevant
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Possess Real Estate Salesperson license by CEA
