**Job role and Responsibilities**
- The trusted right-hand man of Country Manager; To identify new business development opportunities and spearheading of Company's expansion plans which includes all aspects of real estate and leasing matters
- Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the Company to ensure smooth progress and work with business partners to improve profitability
- Prepare and work with Japan HQ to Review financial information, projects and implement appropriate and efficient approaches to meet financial targets
- To work cross functionally to optimize business efficiency and development
- To manage relationships/agreements with all business partners (Franchisees, vendors and landlords)
- Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Country Manager from time to time

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years' of experience in retail leasing management or related fields.
- Excellent organizational skills, highly responsible and reliable with exceptional attention and initiative
- Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically
- Team player with excellent communications & interpersonal skill
- Ability to speak Japanese is an advantage (to liaise with Japan HQ)
- Working Location: Island wide
- Working Hours: 6 days/week (inclusive of weekends and PH) (first 3 months)
