Job Description

Responsibilities- Drive the leasing of promotional spaces, pushcarts/kiosks, and vending machines across assigned malls, ensuring alignment with standard operating procedures and business goals.- Identify, source, and secure suitable short-term tenants and pop-up concepts that complement the overall trade mix and customer experience.- Execute strategic plans for casual leasing, including driving occupancy targets and optimizing revenue from short-term leasing activities.- Collaborate with the retail marketing team to integrate casual leasing opportunities with seasonal campaigns, mall events, and brand activations to boost footfall and visibility.- Support the planning and implementation of tenancy mix strategies to enhance mall vibrancy, ensuring alignment with broader retail positioning and customer expectations.- Manage and mentor a team (if applicable), providing guidance in handling leasing enquiries, prospecting tenants, and negotiating lease terms.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, tenants, and industry stakeholders to create a pipeline of attractive retail offerings.- Ensure leasing activities comply with internal policies, financial targets, and brand standards.- Provide regular performance reports and updates to senior management, including recommendations for improving leasing effectiveness.

Requirements- Degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.-
- Strong understanding of retail marketing principles, consumer trends, and how leasing strategies can complement mall campaigns and promotions.- Experience working closely with marketing teams to plan and execute integrated leasing initiatives.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect leasing strategies to broader brand and marketing objectives.-
