We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Support Staff to support our team with the data preparation for regulatory submissions. This role is essential for ensuring the accurate and timely completion of regulatory forms and will involve a variety of administrative and data extraction/ verification tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, meticulous, and able to work effectively within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

●      Extraction of Data: Accurately extract and digitize information to be used to support regulatory forms. This will involve reviewing physical or scanned documents and entering data into our systems.

●      Verification of Source/ Destination of Funds: Verify the origin and destination countries for cross-border money transfers. This will involve checking supporting documentation and ensuring data accuracy.

●      Daily Bank Balance Confirmation: Assist with the verification of daily end of day bank balances. This will involve checking bank statements to ensure that the end-of-day balance to be used for the regulatory form is correct.

●      Template Submission Forms Preparation: Prepare the template submission forms to be uploaded, including:

  • Monthly Submissions: Compile and prepare data for monthly submissions.
  • Semi-Annual Submissions: Compile and prepare data for semi-annual submissions.

●      Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the department.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum GCE A-levels or equivalent required.
  • Previous administrative or data entry experience, particularly within a compliance or financial setting, is highly desirable.
  • Singaporeans or Permanent Resident only
  • 5 days' work week
  • Can commit for 2–3 months

●      Skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is paramount.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to use AI prompts will be a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with financial forms and regulations is a plus but not required
