We're seeking a service-focused and passionate Outlet Manager to elevate our guest experience and lead beverage engagement on the floor.
Role Overview
As the Outlet Manager, you will oversee daily operations and lead the team in delivering excellent service, consistent product quality, and a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring the smooth running of the outlet in alignment with brand values.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Management
- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service flow.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in quality and service.
- Ensure proper POS operations, and reporting procedures.
- Manage stock levels, perform ordering, and control wastage to achieve cost efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Staff Management & Development
- Lead, train, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to achieve performance goals.
- Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing employees on service standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Conduct performance appraisals, provide coaching, and address staff disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working culture.
Customer Experience
- Uphold service standards of and handle guest feedback promptly and professionally.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand service standards by all staff.
- Cultivate relationships with regular guests and promote brand loyalty.
Sales Performance
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, promotions, and menu improvements to boost profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and management on promotions, events, and partnerships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, costs, and operational performance.
- Analyse operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare and submit operational reports to management as required.
- Communicate company updates, policies, and procedures to all outlet staff.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and support departments as necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role in F&B or hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of P&L management, cost control, and inventory systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service.
