URGENT: Inside Sales Support

  • Prepare and issue accurate sales quotations in line with customer requirements and company policies.
  • Manage the order process from start to finish, including entry, monitoring, and ensuring timely fulfilment.
  • Collect and consolidate customer demand to create reliable weekly and monthly sales forecasts for management reporting.
  • Review and interpret contracts and specifications, ensuring relevant details are communicated clearly to operations and quality teams.
  • Support the accounts receivable process by coordinating with customers and the HQ finance team on outstanding payments.
  • Foster and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments to align sales activities with supply chain, inventory, and delivery requirements.
  • Actively participate in regular meetings with customers and the HQ, providing updates and addressing key issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Inside Sales, customer service, order management.
  • Proficient and strong in Microsoft Office especially Excel; experience in Oracle is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well organized, resourceful, and able to multitask under pressure and fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with steel/ aluminum/ metal industry
