Research Assistant

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Research Assistant to support lab-based human studies. You will play a key role in data collection, project support, and research documentation, while collaborating closely with our research team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cognitive and behavioral assessments for human studies in a lab setting
  • Provide administrative and project support, including data collection and study monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and maintain high standards of documentation
  • Collaborate with the research team and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Conduct literature reviews, analyze data, and contribute to reports, presentations, and manuscripts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Life Science, Data Science, or related fields
  • Some experience in research, preferably involving human studies
  • Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Mplus)
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and conscientious
