  • Assist in the conduct of lab-based cognitive and behavioral assessments for human studies
  • Provide administrative and project support, including data collection
  • Monitoring study progress and ensuring high standards of professional conduct, documentation, and compliance with institutional policies
  • Collaborating closely with research team and maintaining regular communication with research team and stakeholders
  • Conduct literature reviews, perform data analyses, and contribute to preparation of reports, presentations and manuscripts

Qualifications

  • Have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology
  • Preferably have some experiences in research, especially in conducting human studies
  • Knowledge of statistical software, such as R, SPSS, Mplus etc
  • Has a strong team focus, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and conscientiousness
