Senior Executive Assistant – Claims (3-Month Contract, Extendable)

Location: One North (Walking distance from MRT)

Working Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Friday 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: Up to $2,800/month

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to join our Claims team on a 3-month contract (extendable). You will support claims processing, assist in backlog clean-up, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in clearing the Cashless Medical Bill ePay backlog, ensuring timely and accurate processing of claims
  • Process, verify, and submit employee medical claims, including cashless and Employee Self Submission (ESS) claims
  • Handle claims-related enquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Provide administrative and operational support, including data entry, documentation, and reporting
  • Perform ad-hoc duties to support team operations

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Prior experience in claims processing or administrative support is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle large volumes of data accurately
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
