Customer Service, Air Freight

Responsibilities:
- Support customers with daily cargo booking activities across a range of airline products.
- Secure and confirm cargo space with airlines, and communicate capacity details to customers.
- Understand and stay up to date with the requirements of different airline products to provide accurate guidance to customers.
- Manage booking administration, including entering flight reservations into systems or templates and ensuring all data is accurately recorded.
- Coordinate with various stakeholderscustomers, warehouses, carriers, customs, and othersto meet shipment requirements.
- Track and monitor shipment statuses, providing timely updates to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Billing Team to ensure accurate and complete data is provided for invoicing.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Air Freight Export Operations or Air Freight Customer Service within the 3PL industry.
- Familiarity with the CCN (Cargo Community Network) system is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
